Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor departmental teams while supervising daily operations of the Receivables staff
• Coordinate account inventories and maintain accurate time and attendance records
• Conduct quality audits on staff performance and handle account reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
• Experience with medical claims billing and/or patient accounting processes is required
• Proficiency in personal computer operations
