Key Responsibilities

• Train, lead, and oversee Revenue Cycle Specialists while ensuring operational controls are in place
• Analyze revenue streams to optimize financial performance and recommend pricing changes
• Monitor team efficiency and ensure compliance with established policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or business operations, preferably in healthcare
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
• 1-3 years of people management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Access preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of revenue cycle practices
