Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train new employees, manage work assignments, and ensure smooth workflow
• Establish quality assurance processes and maintain production and accuracy statistics
• Communicate effectively with staff regarding departmental changes and provide feedback to management on operational issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of four years experience in the medical billing field, with supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical procedural coding, diagnosis coding, and medical terminology
• Certified Professional Coding Certification (CPC) preferred
• Experience with PC/Computer/Database and medical management software
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; college coursework or vocational training preferred
