Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Trainer to support professional development and training in the revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess educational needs and develop training plans for Revenue Cycle staff
• Design and facilitate training programs, including new hire and ongoing refresher training
• Develop and maintain training materials and tools to enhance learning effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Certification in a relevant specialty or field
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop, and train others
