Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Trainer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead training activities, curriculum design, and development of training materials
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to identify training opportunities and address gaps
• Track progress of training programs and adapt content as needed in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of revenue cycle experience or associate's degree with 5 years of revenue cycle experience
• Knowledge of revenue cycle processes including patient access and insurance billing
• Proficient understanding of medical coding systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in instructional design and ability to develop targeted educational materials
• Strong collaboration skills and initiative to identify and solve process barriers
