Job Summary
Seeking a full-time, hybrid Revenue Cycle Trainer, the successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of training programs across revenue cycle functions, ensuring compliance and operational excellence while supporting new client onboarding and system implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new hires across various revenue cycle areas
- Analyze operational data to identify errors and develop targeted training programs for performance improvement
- Ensure training aligns with compliance requirements and maintain documentation for audit readiness
Required qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of revenue cycle experience
- Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle, including coding, billing, and AR/denials
- Ability to clearly explain complex processes to employees at different experience levels
- Experience creating SOPs, job aids, or training materials
