Revenue Cycle Training Manager

Job Summary

Developing and delivering comprehensive revenue cycle training programs, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Training Manager will assess training needs, collaborate with business unit leaders, and implement quality data analytics for Yale Medicine's revenue cycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver learning and development programs through various modalities, including instructor-led classes and eLearning
• Apply instructional design methodologies to create effective training materials and programs
• Analyze user needs and propose new training initiatives while managing project timelines and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational communication, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training and performance improvement initiatives
• Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proficiency in revenue cycle concepts and technical skills related to the medical field
• Fluency in Epic Professional Billing and other revenue cycle platforms
