Revenue Cycle Training Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead external training programs for client facility billing teams, focusing on both foundational and advanced revenue cycle processes
• Serve as a subject matter expert in billing, claims management, and payer requirements while supporting internal training initiatives
• Develop and maintain training materials and collaborate with client leadership to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted training plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of five years of hands-on billing experience in Critical Access Hospitals or Rural Health Clinics
• Prior experience in training, education, or mentoring is strongly preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing rules and regulations, as well as commercial payer policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems such as Meditech, CPSI, EPIC, and Cerner
