Revenue Cycle Training Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance training and support for Specialist positions, the full-time remote Revenue Cycle Training Specialist will manage the onboarding process, oversee billing and collections training, and cultivate a customer service-oriented environment while serving as the primary escalation point for issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Train team members on processing patient referrals, insurance verification, billing, and collections
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and identify training needs to improve compliance and productivity
• Serve as the primary escalation agent for resolving complaints from franchise partners and patients

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in an infusion setting preferred
• Working knowledge of Vital Care systems, including CareTend and the RCM Portal
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective training models
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to identify and resolve issues
• Proficiency in MS Office software, particularly Excel
