Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized tracker of all revenue cycle transformation initiatives and monitor progress
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, capturing notes and tracking action items
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards, highlighting key risks and areas needing attention

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
• 5-8+ years of revenue cycle experience with a strong project/program management focus
• Experience driving operational transformation and process improvement
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Proficiency in Excel and project tracking tools
