Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Services Vendor Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop effective relationships with vendors and act as a liaison between vendors and cross-functional staff
• Analyze vendor performance data and maintain operational metrics to evaluate adherence to performance targets
• Onboard new vendors and identify areas for process improvement with existing vendors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or similar certification
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Front End and/or Back End processes
• 2-3 years of experience in vendor management within healthcare
• Strong analytical skills to monitor vendor performance
• Experience with vendor onboarding and integration
