Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and validate revenue-related reporting for SNF and Senior Living communities
• Ensure data accuracy and communicate financial performance to leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT and Financial Analysts to ensure consistency in enterprise reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of reporting or analyst experience in healthcare revenue cycle, preferably in SNF/AL/IL
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong understanding of Skilled Nursing and Senior Living payer sources and billing cycles
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to billing and collections
