Revenue Data Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the cloud tariff system, the full-time Revenue Data Coordinator will publish customer awards accurately, support revenue management functions, and ensure correct invoicing of negotiated lane rates, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Publish rates by auditing customer formatted rate schedules against company schedules for accuracy
• Manage the cloud tariff system, updating relevant commitments and expirations
• Collaborate with Pricing Analysts and Sales Representatives to ensure timely and accurate annual customer rate reviews

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Transportation/Logistics, Business/Sales & Marketing, or Communication preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Sales & Marketing, or equivalent in transportation
• Familiarity with AS400, Microsoft Office, and various web-based applications/tools preferred
• Experience in the Transportation, Logistics, and/or Tech industry is a plus
