Job Summary

To support customer expansion initiatives, the full-time Manager Revenue Development will build and lead a high-performing team focused on generating pipeline growth through strategic account management and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and lead a Revenue Development team focused on customer expansion opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales teams
  • Define and monitor key performance metrics to drive pipeline health and opportunity generation
Required qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B sales, revenue development, or business development
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing high-performing sales or revenue development teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority
