Revenue Enablement Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Revenue Enablement team, the remote Revenue Enablement, Continued Education Associate will manage demo site creation, assist in content development, and help evaluate programs to enhance product knowledge for customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support demo site and sandbox requests, tracking participation metrics for enablement sessions
• Organize and maintain enablement resources on platforms like Saleo and Canvas LMS, ensuring accessibility and currency
• Assist in the facilitation of enablement sessions, collecting feedback and analyzing metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, or content management, preferably supporting Sales teams
• Experience with learning management systems, particularly Canvas LMS, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across time zones
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with equivalent experience
