Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Consultant to design and lead enablement initiatives for sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and develop enablement programs to drive behavior change and align with business objectives
  • Plan and facilitate major events such as Sales Kickoffs and execute large transformative initiatives
  • Identify gaps in tools and knowledge, executing initiatives to address these gaps and improve performance
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, learning and development, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Allego)
  • Demonstrated stakeholder and project management experience
  • Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design and evaluate learning content
