Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Consultant to design and lead enablement initiatives for sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and develop enablement programs to drive behavior change and align with business objectives
- Plan and facilitate major events such as Sales Kickoffs and execute large transformative initiatives
- Identify gaps in tools and knowledge, executing initiatives to address these gaps and improve performance
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue enablement, learning and development, or related fields
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Allego)
- Demonstrated stakeholder and project management experience
- Experience applying adult learning methodologies to design and evaluate learning content
