Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Enablement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the enablement of the revenue organization, including sales executives, account executives, client success managers, and revenue leaders
  • Develop and implement an enablement strategy to support business transformation and go-to-market strategy
  • Drive progress towards key performance indicators such as rep productivity, deal velocity, new hire ramp time, and client retention and expansion
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or revenue enablement in a B2B SaaS business
  • 1+ years of experience leading revenue, sales, or enablement teams
  • Experience in sales, preferably in new business or account management
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Highspot preferred
