Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and run onboarding and internal certification programs for sales roles
  • Deliver in-the-flow assets to enhance seller efficiency and reduce reliance on live training
  • Establish and operationalize SPICED and MEDDPICCR frameworks for sales processes
Required Qualifications
  • Experience enabling enterprise/complex sales cycles
  • Proven ability to improve time-to-productivity through onboarding and coaching
  • Strong data fluency for diagnosing performance gaps and measuring impact
  • Experience with AI tools to enhance output quality
  • Comfortable partnering with Revenue Operations for process adoption
