Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Lead to join their Revenue Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver impactful enablement programs for Sales and Partner Success teams
  • Collaborate with managers to align enablement initiatives and enhance team coaching
  • Create and manage documentation for sales processes and provide ongoing coaching
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or related roles
  • Experience in a quota-carrying role preferred
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs and content
  • Strong preference for candidates with healthcare or health tech experience
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, SFDC, and Conversation Intelligence tools preferred
