Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Lead to join their Revenue Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful enablement programs for Sales and Partner Success teams
- Collaborate with managers to align enablement initiatives and enhance team coaching
- Create and manage documentation for sales processes and provide ongoing coaching
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or related roles
- Experience in a quota-carrying role preferred
- Proven ability to design and deliver training programs and content
- Strong preference for candidates with healthcare or health tech experience
- Familiarity with LMS, CMS, SFDC, and Conversation Intelligence tools preferred
