Job Summary
To support a growing revenue organization, the full-time remote Revenue Enablement Lead will partner with Account Executives and Managers to enhance team performance through hands-on coaching, program development, and data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Coach sales teams by observing calls, diagnosing skill gaps, and developing individualized coaching plans
- Own and improve onboarding and certification processes to accelerate new hire productivity
- Define success metrics and use data to refine coaching programs and improve execution across the revenue organization
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, enablement, or front-line sales leadership within a high-growth technology company
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying sales or account management role
- Experience coaching sellers in live deals and strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies
- Data-driven approach to identifying performance gaps and measuring impact
- Proficiency with AI tools and modern enablement technology
