Job Summary
To support the customer experience organization, the full-time remote Revenue Enablement Manager will design and execute enablement strategies, drive performance through insights, and champion AI and innovation to enhance revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned with customer experience goals
- Analyze performance data to measure and improve the effectiveness of enablement programs
- Create and maintain impactful enablement content and deliver engaging training sessions
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Experience within a SaaS environment, including 1+ year in an Enablement-focused role
- Proven success in designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable improvements
- Expertise with core GTM and enablement tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders
