Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver customized training for various revenue teams, including onboarding and ongoing support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training efforts with organizational strategy
  • Conduct call coaching and provide hands-on support to enhance knowledge, skills, and tools within the revenue organization
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales/revenue enablement or comparable sales training
  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying/revenue attainment role (Sales, Customer Success)
  • Advanced understanding of buyer and customer journeys and sales processes
  • Experience in performance improvement through facilitation and training
  • Fluency in Google Suite tools
