Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager, Sales Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage onboarding programs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance productivity
- Lead continuous enablement initiatives on product updates, competitor insights, and prospecting strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SDR enablement initiatives with business priorities
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training focused on SDR or inside sales teams
- 1-2 years of outbound customer-facing Sales Development experience
- Proven ability to design and execute onboarding and continuous enablement programs
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales enablement tools and content management platforms
