Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager, Sales Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage onboarding programs for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance productivity
  • Lead continuous enablement initiatives on product updates, competitor insights, and prospecting strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SDR enablement initiatives with business priorities
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement or sales training focused on SDR or inside sales teams
  • 1-2 years of outbound customer-facing Sales Development experience
  • Proven ability to design and execute onboarding and continuous enablement programs
  • Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and content management platforms
