Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement end-to-end enablement strategies for revenue teams
  • Develop structured onboarding programs and lead ongoing training sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and manage enablement content and tools
Required Qualifications
  • 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Ops, or Sales Management, preferably in SaaS
  • Direct exposure to roles being enabled (SDR, AE, CSM, or presales)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with GTM tech stack
  • Data-driven mindset focused on measuring results
