Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager to drive the future of Sales and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design and management of the Sales and Customer Success onboarding program
  • Develop and lead a competency program to enhance skill development for Sales and CS teams
  • Analyze onboarding effectiveness metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master's degree recommended)
  • 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field, with a focus on onboarding and team leadership
  • Familiarity with enablement tools such as Highspot, Gong, and Articulate 360
  • Proven experience in managing teams and multiple projects
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
