Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager (Onboarding & GTM Strategy).
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and scale a world-class GTM Onboarding Engine and redesign existing resources into a structured program
- Lead the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS)
- Create tailored readiness tracks for sales roles and build a process for auditing and updating training materials
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement at a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven ability to create structure and process in a high-ambiguity environment
- Expertise in designing active learning curriculums with scenario-based assessments
- Experience in evaluating and implementing enablement technology (LMS/CMS)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools
