Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager (Onboarding & GTM Strategy).

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and scale a world-class GTM Onboarding Engine and redesign existing resources into a structured program
  • Lead the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Management System (CMS)
  • Create tailored readiness tracks for sales roles and build a process for auditing and updating training materials


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proven ability to create structure and process in a high-ambiguity environment
  • Expertise in designing active learning curriculums with scenario-based assessments
  • Experience in evaluating and implementing enablement technology (LMS/CMS)
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools
