Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Support Enablement, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Direct experience within a Customer Support organization
- Strong understanding of AI tools and automation in customer-facing workflows
- Experience with knowledge management systems and performance analytics
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage projects effectively
