Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full enablement lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing training for Revenue-facing teams
- Design and deliver enablement programs while establishing a scalable enablement function
- Develop and execute a Revenue Enablement strategy aligned with company goals and metrics
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of Revenue Enablement or Sales Enablement experience, including hands-on roles
- Experience in high-growth startups at Series B stage or later, or supporting IPO/M&A processes
- Ability to build enablement infrastructure in fast-moving environments
- Strong command of sales methodologies and practical application in training programs
- Experience with AI tools for content development and workflow enhancement
