Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full enablement lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing training for Revenue-facing teams
  • Design and deliver enablement programs while establishing a scalable enablement function
  • Develop and execute a Revenue Enablement strategy aligned with company goals and metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of Revenue Enablement or Sales Enablement experience, including hands-on roles
  • Experience in high-growth startups at Series B stage or later, or supporting IPO/M&A processes
  • Ability to build enablement infrastructure in fast-moving environments
  • Strong command of sales methodologies and practical application in training programs
  • Experience with AI tools for content development and workflow enhancement
