Job Summary
Owning and building the Go-To-Market enablement function, the full-time remote Revenue Enablement Manager will manage onboarding, create training programs, and coach sales representatives to enhance their performance and confidence in closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously improve the Account Executive onboarding program, ensuring quick ramp-up and long-term reference
- Build and maintain a comprehensive pitch deck and talk track library, keeping materials updated with product and market changes
- Design and run a quarterly pitch certification program with structured feedback and accountability for sales representatives
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training at a technical B2B company
- Demonstrated experience building an enablement program from scratch
- Direct coaching experience with Account Executives
- Experience managing multiple concurrent programs and projects
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced environments with evolving product roadmaps and GTM strategies
