Job Summary

Owning and building the Go-To-Market enablement function, the full-time Revenue Enablement Manager will develop training programs, coach sales representatives, and manage content resources to enhance sales performance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Continuously improve the Account Executive onboarding program, ensuring new hires ramp quickly and effectively
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive pitch deck and talk track library to support evolving product and competitive landscapes
  • Design and run a quarterly pitch certification program, providing structured feedback and follow-through for sales representatives
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales training at a technical B2B company
  • Demonstrated experience building an enablement program from scratch
  • Direct coaching experience with Account Executives
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent programs and projects with competing priorities
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving environments with evolving product roadmaps and GTM strategies
