Job Summary
Collaborating with the Go To Market (GTM) leadership team, the temporary Revenue Enablement Manager will work remotely to provide training, content, and mentorship to enhance the skills of the GTM team, ensuring effective engagement with prospects and customers over a 12-18 month assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute the vision and priorities for GTM training and enablement at both individual and leadership levels
- Evaluate and implement a comprehensive new hire GTM training and certification program
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop role-specific training and ongoing enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in GTM training and/or revenue enablement
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and GTM Enablement solutions like Salesloft and Gong
- Proven success managing multiple projects in a high-volume environment
- Extensive knowledge of GTM methodologies and management best practices
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
