Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Professional (remote-Individual contributor).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovative enablement programs for onboarding, continuous learning, and product launches
• Design and deliver engaging facilitation experiences, including workshops and readiness sessions
• Create high-quality, cross-functional content and manage the Revenue Enablement content ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enablement experience or sales training in a tech-driven environment
• Proven ability to drive change and demonstrate innovation in evolving business environments
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Experience partnering with sales-driven organizations and accountability for measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with enablement platforms and tools such as Articulate and Microsoft 365
