Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of onboarding and continuous learning programs for revenue-generating teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement role-specific onboarding and enablement programs aligned with revenue goals
- Build and maintain structured onboarding programs and define KPIs to track progress and optimize learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of enablement content
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Success
- Proven success in building and scaling onboarding or learning programs with measurable impact
- Strong understanding of sales and customer success workflows, especially in complex GTM motions
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and LMS platforms
- Familiarity with the creator economy or adjacent industries is a strong plus
