Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager, Client Experience (CX).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enablement programs to enhance the performance of Account Managers and Customer Support teams
- Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs, ensuring teams have access to up-to-date resources
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue or Customer Experience Enablement, with a background in Sales or Account Management
- Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs for Customer Success or Support teams
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product and Revenue Operations
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience metrics such as CSAT and NPS
- Familiarity with enablement tools and systems, such as LMS and ticketing systems
