Job Summary
Reporting remotely to the Head of Revenue Enablement, the full-time Revenue Enablement Program Manager will manage ongoing enablement programs, ensure GTM readiness for product launches, and oversee certification and coaching loops to enhance the skills of AEs, SDRs, CSMs, and SEs.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run recurring skill sprints, objection clinics, and workshops to maintain ongoing enablement for the GTM organization
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to prepare the enablement layer for product launches, ensuring reps are ready before go-live
- Develop and maintain certification programs and coaching frameworks to track rep performance and readiness
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or GTM roles at a high-growth SaaS company
- Proven ability to design ongoing enablement programs and frameworks from scratch
- Experience in curriculum design with active learning programs and scenario-based assessments
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and the factors influencing deal outcomes
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
