Revenue Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist (Temporary).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding program delivery and maintenance for new hires
• Maintain and improve enablement content within the CMS, ensuring resources are accessible and up to date
• Create and update training materials and support ad-hoc enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in revenue enablement or a related role
• Experience in executing onboarding or training programs for customer-facing teams
• Familiarity with enablement or learning management systems, preferably Highspot
• Strong content creation skills and foundational knowledge of instructional design principles
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams effectively
