Job Summary
Empowering New Logo teams, the full-time remote Revenue Enablement Specialist will design and deliver enablement programs, partner with sales leadership, and create engaging training experiences to enhance sales capabilities and support new customer acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver tailored enablement programs for Account Executives and Sales Engineers focused on new logo acquisition
- Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable sales narratives and frameworks for effective selling
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, iterating based on feedback and data insights
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in revenue or sales enablement, training, or a related role
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and new logo acquisition strategies
- Experience supporting multiple products or go-to-market motions in a scaling SaaS or technology organization
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proven ability to design and deliver programs that improve ramp time and win rates
