Job Summary

Empowering New Logo teams, the full-time remote Revenue Enablement Specialist will design and deliver enablement programs, partner with sales leadership, and create training initiatives to enhance sales capabilities and drive new customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and deliver tailored enablement programs for Account Executives and Sales Engineers focused on new logo acquisition
  • Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable sales narratives and training materials for AEs and SEs
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, iterating based on insights and feedback
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue or sales enablement supporting Account Executives or Sales Engineers
  • Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles and new logo acquisition strategies
  • Experience in a scaling SaaS or technology organization with multiple products or go-to-market motions
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable guidance
  • Proven ability to design and deliver programs that improve ramp time and win rates
