Job Summary
Supporting revenue growth and client delivery, the full-time Revenue Enablement Specialist will manage Dynamics CRM administration, promote effective use of commercial technologies, and coordinate sales enablement and marketing activities in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day support and administration of Dynamics CRM, including user training, data quality monitoring, and process reinforcement
- Maintain and organize sales content and related assets within enablement platforms, ensuring accessibility and accuracy for sales teams
- Provide operational support across marketing campaigns and customer reporting, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery for internal and client needs
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations, CRM administration, or a related role
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, including user support and data maintenance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting, with experience in data handling and recurring reporting processes
- Demonstrated ability to support user adoption and address inconsistent system usage in a professional manner
