Revenue Enablement Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Enablement Trainer to deliver impactful learning experiences for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training across various topics including onboarding and product knowledge
• Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to reinforce sales processes and real-world applications
• Build and maintain training materials and track participation and feedback to guide enablement strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Education, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, L&D, or customer-facing roles
• Experience delivering engaging training sessions and facilitating group learning
• Comfort using CRM systems, sales tools, and learning platforms
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
