Job Summary
To enhance sales performance at scale, the full-time Revenue Excellence Lead will design and implement onboarding programs, operationalize sales methodologies, and develop training resources while collaborating with Revenue Leadership and Product Marketing in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design structured onboarding programs for new sales hires to reduce time-to-productivity
- Operationalize sales methodologies and deliver programs that improve deal quality and win rates
- Develop training materials and maintain an accessible library of enablement resources
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning & development, or a direct sales role
- Proven track record in building onboarding programs that drive measurable results
- Deep familiarity with B2B sales processes and methodologies
- Strong instructional design and content development skills
- Experience with CRM tools and LMS platforms
