Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Growth Leadership Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute RGL-driven account plans by analyzing sales, pricing, mix, and promotional data
  • Lead pricing and pack/assortment strategy at the account level, evaluating price gaps and competitive dynamics
  • Assess customer promotional effectiveness and recommend optimizations for promotional strategies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Account Planning, or Financial Analysis
  • CPG experience required, preferably in beverage or food sectors
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience using Tableau or Power BI for dashboards and reporting
