Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Growth Leadership Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute RGL-driven account plans by analyzing sales, pricing, mix, and promotional data
- Lead pricing and pack/assortment strategy at the account level, evaluating price gaps and competitive dynamics
- Assess customer promotional effectiveness and recommend optimizations for promotional strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Account Planning, or Financial Analysis
- CPG experience required, preferably in beverage or food sectors
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of SQL
- Experience using Tableau or Power BI for dashboards and reporting
