Key Responsibilities

• Analyze field pricing actions, discounts, and promotional activity to identify revenue leakage and compliance gaps
• Evaluate and enhance audit methodologies, controls, and reporting tools to improve operational effectiveness
• Manage the RGM ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and identifying process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher
• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
• Veterinary hospital experience
• Experience using Microsoft Excel
• Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders and analyze risks
