Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate pricing architecture, promotional evaluation, and MAP protection strategies
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and coordinate with Commercial Finance to establish trade metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align priorities and disseminate RGM best practices
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree required; MBA in Business or Marketing preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue growth management, sales, finance, and/or trade investment
  • 2+ years of direct experience in revenue growth management preferred
  • Experience in leading change initiatives and collaborating on cross-functional projects
  • Prior experience managing 3rd party business partners preferred
