Job Summary
Experienced sales professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Revenue Growth Manager, responsible for building and managing a pipeline of media companies, publishers, and ad agencies while overseeing the full sales cycle and developing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, proactively creating leads
- Run the full sales cycle from initial conversation to signed deal, ensuring accountability for revenue targets
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships and account health
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in programmatic, digital media, or ad-tech sales, preferably with local media or agencies
- Proven track record of revenue growth within an existing book of business
- Deep familiarity with ad-tech ecosystem including DSPs, DMPs, and programmatic workflows
- Consultative sales approach, leveraging data and strategy over product features
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex portfolio of accounts
