Job Summary
Experienced sales professionals will find a fully remote opportunity as a Revenue Growth Manager, responsible for building a pipeline of media companies, publishers, and agencies, managing the full sales cycle, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients, proactively creating leads
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial conversation to closing deals, ensuring accountability for retention and revenue targets
- Engage with executive-level decision-makers to establish credibility and facilitate upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in programmatic, digital media, or ad-tech sales, with local media or agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of revenue growth within an existing book of business
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, and programmatic workflows
- Consultative sales approach, leveraging data and strategy over product features
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a complex portfolio of accounts
