Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Revenue Integrity Analyst will focus on ensuring accurate billing and coding practices while analyzing revenue cycle data to enhance financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conducting audits of billing and coding processes to ensure compliance with regulations
• Analyzing revenue cycle data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize revenue integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing and coding
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Certification in coding (e.g., CPC, CCS) is preferred
