Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to ensure financial health by managing charge master processes and providing analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate charge master processes, ensuring compliance with coding and billing regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance revenue through operational improvements and charge capture methodologies
• Conduct data analysis to identify root causes of billing errors and implement corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience in revenue cycle management
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent knowledge of Epic, Excel, and SQL queries
• Working knowledge of CPT & HCPCs coding guidelines
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire
