Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate charge and payment anomalies, determining root cause and business impact
• Validate and document exceptions with actionable findings for resolution and auditability
• Analyze trends in exceptions to identify systemic issues and opportunities for performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Successful experience in data analysis and providing recommendations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Salesforce and SQL experience are a plus
• Ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations
• Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit and flexible mentality
