Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst who will ensure appropriate charge capture and compliance for assigned service lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data, develop reports, and review trends to recommend enhancements
• Monitor coding, charge capture, and editing processes to improve performance
• Provide education and guidance on report development and revenue monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a role requiring strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a clinical or revenue integrity team
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to enhance operational success
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare management, data science, or related field
• Proficient or certified with Epic clinical or billing applications
